BLE - Day 2 Down

9/27/2017

Day 2 (09/26/2017) was good, I was feeling a bit ho-hum and the cravings were getting to me just a bit.  I ignored them and stayed as busy as possible so overall it was a success!

Weight today (09/27) 181.00 lbs!  Yay!  I'm seeing the scale move which gives me hope and excitement.

Breakfast - 2 eggs, 4 oz of Seeds of Change Rice/Quinoa, 6 oz of Cantaloupe
Lunch - 4 oz Rotisserie chicken with salsa, 2 oz Green Olives, 6 oz mixed veggies, mostly red and orange peppers.
Dinner - 4 oz Rotisserie Chicken, 8ish oz of salad and 6ish ozs of baked veggies, 2 ozs of Blue Cheese for my fat.

Dinner was a bit messy.  I messed up my salad and I'm not sure if I ate 7 ozs or 8 ozs and I also ate starchy veggies like potato and parsnip.  I was chatting with my new friend Melissa who came for dinner and I got a little lost.  But I just ate, moved on and went to our weekly bible class.

Tuesday's I only work a 1/2 day so my regular routine is off.  I need to make sure I'm not being lazy on Tuesday's and slip especially since I have more time.

This Tuesday I had a chiro and hair appt back to back in the morning starting at 8:30 so I didn't get up until 7:30.  I need to get up at 6:15 - my normal wake up time.  I did sleep really good last night though, and I don't remember waking up to pee at all!

Back to feeling Ho-Hum.  While I work I just wasn't very motivated but I think it was because I didn't want to be there.  Once I left the energy perked back up and I stopped by my friends house to drop off the book, then went to Costco to pick up Chicken/Lettuce and Tomatoes.

We have cookies and bread in my house, the bread is almost gone but I'm looking forward to not seeing those cookies in my cupboard soon!  At this point in the game, the cravings are there, but I can ignore them, they are not overpowering me thankfully.  I have been saying "Not My Food"  When I was packing my food for today (last night) I was over by 12.1 on Olives.  I put the jar in the fridge and said it's no big deal, but I heard Susan's voice say "there's no integrity in that".  So I turned around and pulled the olives back out and fixed my lunch with 12 ozs on the dot, that was my veggies/protein/fat together, with a bit of salsa for my chicken.

I just watched Susan's video Badly Behaving Brain - it was basically the same info in the book but it was great to hear again.
