I'm at the same weight as I was last week. I haven't been hiking, been eating out a bit more, drinking flat whites. Today I ate 1 cookie. I immediately wanted to eat more so I brushed my teeth and drank some water.
I asked Ted to take my scale away and hide it. I asked him to give it back on Christmas Day. That's 2 weeks of no weighing, I hope I lose enough to get me in the 150's.
I'm still feeling really good and definitely getting smaller.
